There's that point at 1:00 am where you realise you should read the instructions of your paper.
Only you have this realization after you're concluding the paper, happy that you've actually finished it off earlier than expected.
Then your stomach kind of drops when there's that second realisation that you did your paper wrong.

I'm good at writing papers, and have mastered doing them the night before and getting away with pretty decent marks.

So just say screw it and hand this one in, or spend the rest of the night re-doing it?

    depends on how much of a stickler your teacher is for following guidelines

    My prof is a douchebag.
    And the only reason why he's made this second paper with a bunch of stipulations is because 30% of my class apparently didnt know how to write a paper last time. (for instance, that wikipedia is not a proper source!)

    I just assumed that it was the same style paper... not some weird particular set of rules to follow.
    I should have looked at the stupid instructions.
    I really don't feel like doing it. :x

    Also kinda depends on how significant the grade is. Is this a weighted paper, more significant than any of the others. Could you get no points on it just because the prof is that big of a stickler. I'm guessing that if the prof was laxed enough on the first one that he/she had to be a stickler for #2 then turning in a less than perfect product isd probably not gonna keep you from getting credit for the class...

    From what I understand according to his big patronizing speech in class, the people who didnt follow instructions got a goose egg... He's a stickler.

    He also thinks he's better than everyone, even one of the TA's told us he was an ass to them too!

    I am going to come half way on this... The A student in me wants to finish it well. The slacker in me wants to go to bed. I'll 'touch up' this stupid thing and make it 'pass-able'

    even tho the instructions are stupid. 8-)
