Stress has finally gotten to me......time to take a nap.

    I hate stress, i usually let myself get stressed out over the simplist of things sometimes. and its a pain.

    When I get stressed my eye twitches. I try to put things in prespective, is this worth being stresses over, most of the time the answer is no.

    don't get stressed Rico, it's a waste of time

    whatever is stressing you out, know that it's going to pass soon and just take it with a pinch of salt

    A prayer always helps first then listen to music... Perfect cure. Stress comes and goes, it's a part of life and it will always be around.

    I'm four days into my self-imposed coffee detox, and I am stressing out at the smallest things, so I get where you're coming from! I must say music really does soothe the savage beast.

    It is indeed a beautiful day, my favorite days. I actually did take a break and went outside and listened to Into The Wild.

    back when i was under stress from school i'd play grand theft auto vice city everyday after school and do other things heh heh

    unfortunately we spend too much of our time on the little things...

    do not worry about that which you have no control over, but put energy into working out that which you do!

    unfortunately it's not something that can be taught, but is a lesson learned over time
