I've said this a few times around here, but Jeff is a band member. Likely they have a preference of where they want the festival, and when they want the festival, and nothing more. Jeff's hands would absolutely be tied in terms of how much he can say about the matter.

I hate when they say things that seem to imply a tour or a big show or an album (i.e. news that really will affect a large portion of PJ fans), when in reality, the news only affects a fraction of 10c members.

With the Australian tour, they got us all into a tizzy by telling us to renew memberships, and in the end, it was an Australian tour that, let's face it, only affected the Aussies (with a few exceptions of course). With this impending news, they've said "we all will be happy," but I can assure you, if the news is the EV solo tour that everyone's been talking about and the dates are the dates everyone's been talking about, those of us in the midwest/south/Europe/Latin & South America will not be happy.

So...tell us news is coming but if it truly doesn't affect anyone else, don't get us all riled up by saying "we will all be happy" when in reality, its just the east and west coast kids that get shows again.

Sigh...here's hoping its PJ20-related news, or an EV solo tour with more dates than what's been leaked.

That's what I'm thinking too. The EV solo Boston date had a presale date of 3/28 according to the rumor I heard. Would make sense to announce the solo dates if the presale is sposda be Monday

They also gave us a very clear indicator that that news was regarding an Australian Eddie tour (a lone bird flying in Oz, I believe?) On this board, no group of people is more responsible for getting us all into a collective tizzy than ourselves. Rumours, leaks, conversations about them, deciding what's credible, scouring Ticketmaster and Livenation looking for leaks, then discussing whether those leaks had meaning or not.

Hell, who knows, maybe it's a Philly DVD
