Did anyone catch Jimmy Fallon last night? He performed as Bob Dylan. I thought it was pretty good and a great song selection.

    I love Fallon doing late night. He has so much fun with his show, and his impressions are awesome. Gonna see if I can head into the city to see his show one time.

    I always forget that I actually saw Jimmy Fallon open for The Strokes back in 2002.

    With apologies to my old pal Dave, Jimmy Fallon's show is far and away the best late-night show going if you ask me. Some rag on him for his crappy monologues...but at least he keeps them short. Other than that, the brilliant musical parodies, fun games (with audience members and/or guests), or great recurring bits (Head-Swap, etc.) make it a can't-miss show the way Conan's 12:30 show was years ago. And the contribution of The Roots can't be overstated. I give Paul Shaffer credit for trying to be hip and playing Them Crooked Vultures tunes going into breaks and whatnot...but for Christ's sake, these are The Roots!

    My mother saw this coming during like Fallon's second season of SNL. She said "That Jimmy Fallon is like Adam Sandler but not as stupid. He's gonna be big." Good call, Mom.
