    Sounds like they are very prepared to hit it and get the new PJ album out.

    Meantime yes, I will be dreamily listening to Eddie and his uke

    PEARL JAM READY TO RECORD
    Pearl Jam will start recording a new album next month. The band have 25 songs ready for the project, and will cut these back to 12-15 for the album.

    Seriously though, what a crazy comment by the OP.

    I'm probably in a minority of one but I want the band to take their time on a new record and not rush it. I'd be happy to wait another 12-18 months before they bring out a new record. Let them take their time, get their creativty back on side. Backspacer was a huge disappointment for me.

    With this thinking, EVERYTHING is delaying a new PJ album. They shouldn't tour or take breaks anymore, but instead be writing songs 5 days a week, every week of the year. :lol:


    Maybe new PJ album is speeding up Ed tour, did you ever think of that? 8-)


    Ed writes a lot of songs on the road. It's usually easier to be creative when you have things going on around you to stimulate ideas instead of being couped up in a studio..
