    megadeth opened. not really been into them before, mainly because i saw them as a second rate metallica that never (in my mind evolved). awesome. was really impressed. thought they would take the night. then the stage went black, then red, then slayer.

    unbelievable. hard as nails, intense and full in your face. sound was cranked up. lombardo's bass drums felt like defibrulators on the chest. araya's bass was waaaay detuned. and chaos ensued. difficult to think they are approaching if not hitting their fifties. phenominal intensity.

    now this is where... all the debating over matt... jack... dave....

    those three guys couldn't wipe lombardo's ass so remember that in your debates. none of the 3 are legendary, never will be. :D slayer is fucking great , especially live.

    I thought they were bloody good too!! I've never seen them live before and honestly wasn't expecting much coz I know they are getting on a bit but far out!! Really good!! :D

    Not taking anything away from Dave Lombardo who is a badass drummer, but just because you are nascar fast doesn't mean you're the best drummer on the planet. I'll still take Mr. Cameron whose time in Soundgarden alone is enough to put him in the discussion with some of the best drummers all time.

    How was Tom minus Head Banging? I can't quite get my head around him not being able to Head Bang!!
