I'll have to check this out. Thanks for it!

Question: Is that Beatles Washington DC show the video or just the audio?

It's just the audio, but I have the video if you would like me to post it.
That would be cool. My dad and I watched it when they offered the free showing of it on iTunes. I would love to own that show on video but didn't want to buy the entire discography just to own the show.

I'm still waiting for my first U2 show. As cool as the 360 stage is, I'd rather see them in an arena. If I was older than 1 or 2 during ZOO TV, I wouldn't mind the stadium show.

ya know i agree that an arena show is the best but i went to the 360 rose bowl show and i must admit that stage set up is really good...after a while i forgot i was in a stadium

    That's awesome.

The closest they are to me this year is New Jersey at the new Giants Stadium. Wish they would go back to MA to Gillette Stadium, where it's an easier ride.

Loving this show and the quality is awesome. U2 is a really weird band for me. I really really love all the 80s stuff but the stuff they've made 1990-present is horrible in my opinion. I hate what they've become and their music is just garbage to me. Sorry if that offends people. But listening to this Joshua Tree show is pure gold.

Yeah, that would be great - I won't be able to look it up till I got home. Same deal for me, but I didn't have a broken leg. :D

Waited overnight for tickets, and the shows were selling out fast. I think they only had 2 to start, then kept adding. Ended up with 6th row seats for the last show, it was amazing....

This show does sound awesome; listening now. I loves the 90s stuff and most of the present stuff is good. I think POP is their most difficult record to listen to. Achtung Baby is pure genius.

That's what I love about U2; they're willing to challenge themselves and change up their sound and find a way for it to be successful.

ATYCLB is a masterpiece, HTDAAB is good, No Line... is ok.

A big thank you for the link! This is my first bootleg from the Joshua Tree tour. Excellent setlist, great pacing. I wish they'd break out the lesser-known songs of that era like In God's Country and Trip Through Your Wires on this current 360 tour.

  • Listened to this last night and again on my way to work this morning...Wow, amazing show, the band possibly at its peak. Amazing version of "Sunday Bloody Sunday". Thanks so much for posting!!!

My first (and only) U2 show was on the Vertigo tour at the Wachovia Center in Philly, October 17, 2005. Still one of the best shows I've ever seen, and luckily I got to them before they started packing stadiums again :D Springsteen came out during the encore to play "People Get Ready" with them and it was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen at a show. I'm almost scared to see them again because I know it won't get any better than that one. So happy I never have to worry about that with a PJ show!!

Any chance you know where I could find a good quality boot of this or any other shows from that tour?? Thanks again!
