Downloading help needed please.

Hi I'm new to the club and not extreamly computer literate.I'm trying to download my free Bootleg,Ive recieved the email with the link to download it and it's a 09 bootleg so I asume it's available but when I click the link it just opens a blank page in the top left corner it has the address and the little circle thingy showing it's doing something but it just stays like that.Is this normal or have I done something wrong.Any help would be great.

I'm having the same issue. I was thinking I was missing something. I've re-joined recently after a long lapse and I'm used to downloading files but this is driving me nuts! Please help us! LOL

Hey mate I sorted mine out not sure if this will help but what I was doing wrong was when the download pop up was coming up I was clicking open instead of save.I clicled save and all good.dumb.

I'm sorry. My issue is different. I received the download coupon code with membership renewal but no link.

Probably best to email them directly @ <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@tenclub.net">shipping@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> .

Try also checking your goods account order page. If the link is still there, try it out from there other then using the link that was sent via email.

If you have the code you go to good's and select the MP3 down load. After you finish the transaction a zip file will download and you just have to expand it to get the MP3's.
