Not since at least the mid 90's...

Three great releases three weeks in a row.
R.E.M. today
J. Mascis on March 15
The Strokes on March 22
Seriously, I don't know if I've ever been this excited about new music coming out back to back to back. 2011 is looking to be a great year musically.

Foo FIghters, Eddie, REM, Soundgarden (maybe), 311, Ben Harper, Strokes, World Fire Brigade (new band with brett scallions of Fuel), Seether, Pearl Jam(maybe) all with new records. I'm sure I'm missing an enormous amount too.
