words like sand
fall between fingers
a floor littered
words so full
bursting into nothing
lost scattered beneath feet
pacing sleepless nights
unanswered prayers
pushing to the edge
torture...why
to see me crumble?

    hardest thing to get rid off is an idea;
    let the words alone, let them come and go; just don't talk to them, live your life, and they will get tired before you do and leave you alone,
