Nasty, thankfully she's in one piece. An American diver (Greg Louganis) did something similar at an Olympics, and I can't find it but I recall a diver (Russian I think) dying at an event sometime in the mid- or late-80s, after hitting his head on the tower.

Yeah, same situation. Russian guy hit his head on one o the platforms below him and broke his neck. Because of that the lower platforms are shorter than the high ones now.
