Was in Urban Outfitters in Manchester Uk on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to see a new T Shirt that had Pearl Jam on it. The print is cool and has the image from the NYC 08 poster on the front. Needless to say I snapped one up straight away. This is it on the uk website, don't know if its available in the states:

Surprised more people aren't all over this. I thought it was a really cool tee that won't be around that long and would act as a bit of a collector item!!

Together with a red one with the art from Columbia - was posted a few days back. Great looking shirts.
  • Wow. I didn't think Pearl Jam were cool and trendy enough for that store. :D;)

My housemates went to Birmingham yesterday and told me they're available in the Urban Outfitters there. Oh joy.

EURGH!! I really, really don't want this go to the same way as Zeppelin and Motorhead t-shirts... I don't think I could cope if they were available in Topshop and being worn by every other Twat, Dick and trendy Thomas in the UK...

Call me what you like but I hate seeing non fans wearing band t-shirts for the sake of fashion.
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

That'll be funny, actually. A lot of us will be disappointed...trying to start up conversations with people about PJ who actually know nothing about them. :D

That happens to me now for christ sakes! I hate it.

Happens to me all the time, bro. Just on Monday at school I say some douche bag wearing an Alice In Chains t-shirt. I asked him if his favorite album was Facelift or "Tripod" and he just paused and said:.................."I like Man in the Box." Made me so fucking mad.....
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
  • wow... it'd be cool if the fanclub actually had the coolest PJ shirts available for the fans  :p

lately the coolest pj shirts have been made by designers using themes from ames/bk posters.

the london '05 art is on a mass produced shirt
the saskatoon '05 is on a shirt
cincy 06 (i think) is on a shirt, msg 08 and columbia 08....did i miss any? (don't say dc 06, that was 10c)
  • I remember seeing before there back in 04, Ames bros. shirts from the Louisville poster 03 and the DC 03 poster with the boy.
  • ames used/uses a bunch of the poster designs on shirts and they are all super slick.

but they arent pearl jam since since they don't say pearl jam on them
