Artists We Need You! POSTER CONTEST! $$Prizes$$

GREETINGS JAMMERS! Reposting here on the Art Wall!

Ryan here! :wave: I run a music school. We are planning our 2nd Fan-Based PEARL JAM 20th Anniversary Tribute Concert! A group of us fan club members, my students, and local musicians team-up and pay tribute to the music we all love by playing a full PJ show. Our next event is at WORLD CAFE LIVE in PHILLY this JUNE!

We would LOVE to have a real PJ-Style poster for this event!

For a long time I have felt that the fans here are producing some incredible artwork (often better than what the pros are geting paid for). SO in the spirit of this fan-driven tribute event, we are starting up this Design-A-Poster contest!!


The PrizeS:
1st: $100 Gift Certificate for PEARL :ugeek: ART SUPPLIES website! http://www.pearlpaint.com/
and a Klausen 2009 SLC poster

2nd: $50 Gift Certificate
and a Klausen Manchester S&D


RuleS:
1. Design must contain all relevant information for the event.
2. Entries must be received by 4/20/11 :mrgreen:
3. Photoshopped entries will be accepted but hand done art is preferred.
4. Entries will be accepted digitally and physically. But winning entries will have to be physically delivered
by 4/27/11.
5. The design and format will have to be in a printable format.

I'd love to offer more, but we are a small school, with little to give other than some of the rockinest music there is! :D I am hopeful and excited that some of you will be inspired to create something for this!

    Yes, tickets will be available at the door. Also online via World Cafe Live's website starting any day now. I'll shoot you a pm direct when tix go on sale. Its gonna be great!
