Pearl Jam Hall of Fame

With all of this hoopla over the 20 year anniversary, how about the band create a Pearl Jam Hall of Fame at one of their festivals this year? Obviously the big 4 would go in at some point when they retire, but how about a HOF with 5 people or 5 entities instrumental to the band go in each year, with the first 5 at their Alpine Festival this year (or whichever festival it is)?

I think without question one of the first five to go in should be this person:
