    Never met Duke Snider, but once went to a Cyclones game where they honored the 1955 team. Brought a copy of the book "The Duke of Flatbush"to get it signed by the players who were there, Carl Erskine, George Shuba, Ed Roebuck. I get to Erskine and he goes "Let me sign the forward, I wrote the thing".

    I'm not sure if this is true, but Snider might have been the only one to play for the Dodgers, Mets and Giants and do it in four different locations.
