Coca Cola Pop Music Sampler pre Ten

I have a copy of the 1991 Coca Cola Pop Music - New Music Sampler Volume 1 cassette which features "Alive" before TEN came out. how rare is this and does it carry any value/trade for anyone?

    Who knows if this valuable but I've never heard of any of those other songs. I think I had a mini CD from that Coke promotion thing. It only had one song I knew, also.

    I obtained it from my parents friend who gave me a whole box full of cassettes a few years ago. Most I got rid of but I kept this because I read about it in the Kim Neely "Five Against One" book. Now im getting ready to move and noticed I still had it and wanted to know what the deal was to PJ collectors.
