only an addiction to something that steals the quality and progression of life, yea yea I know I sound like an old fart but I have been there and it's a hard lesson learned,so I'm not really making a judgment call here, it's more of a disbelief and a "bro I know where your headed"
some x-drug addicts are like x-smokers that can't stand that smell and that's me, it just breaks my heart to see people throw their life in the shitter over drugs and I also know that once you are there in the addiction nobody can tell you that you are doing something wrong because "I have a handle on it"....yea right.
if a person has asked them self's "do I have a drug problem ?" then they most likely do. sugar coating drug use is the first step into an addiction and it only gets uglier from there most times.
no saying that this is you but what I just said is the reality of drug use in most cases.
Godfather.
you are obviously not addicted to periods
but seriously do you drink alcohol?**CUBS GO ALL THE WAY IN......never **0 -

I couldn't even finish watching the last half, he's a grave danger to him self and his kids
I give him 8 to 12 months, very sad,I hope someone has him commited to a hosiptal
because if not he's dead at his own hand thru his addiction, he's what we used to call "SPUN".

no, when I gave up drugs drinking just was not fun anymore and besides I have a 17 year old soon that I try to give a good example to, I'v been clean a loooong time...15 to 20 years but I still pay the price for the years I wasted on drugs.

my point is he has many popular entertaining movies back 15 years ago. Maybe not super super star but he had his day. That being just one of my faves.
I know it is human nature to rip on people when they are at their lowest most especially when they are being an ass.
Having experienced drug addiction in a loved one I remember that it is the drugs or lack there of talking.
They say and do terrible things and will turn their backs on loved ones forsaking all for the drugs/alcohol.
I understand this and pray he can make it through.
I would love to see him come back and make some new fantasies for me0 -

the intensity for me makes me a bit nervous...I enjoy a more laid back presentation
I have been beaten down and cyanical but can't really relate to why he is not anymore
it wasn't my experience out of the tunnel.
Seemed like a lot of words to get the message 'live more positively' out.
but I definitely also see the appeal
thanks for sharing, I'm feeling more with it ..you are good to me0 -

He isn't a stand up comedian to be fair, it's just a 'spoken word' thing that he does.0 -
Seeing that Robert Downey, Jr. could come back from his drug addiction Hell, AND become a star again, makes me think that anything is possible for this guy.
Although...RD had his young age going for him. Not Charlie.0 -

why does everyone assume he should be sober?
life is like animal porn... it ain't for everyone.Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.0 -
