This is a fitness routine for her ...makes her feel good about herself and she doesn't want children so perhaps
the exercise helps keep the biological clock ticking type feelings away. Works against those hormones.
It's a hobby done with hubby too.

I just find that a lot of insecure guys like to criticize women that would not give them the time of day...they usually have women who are 'cute'...and just their 'type'....
In other words...they think they're beautiful because they're in love with her, and she's the best they can get, not because they fit any kind of traditional definition of beauty. That's a good thing.....as long as you don't turn around and try to insult the women who DO match generally accepted definitions of beauty...because then turnabout is fair play when the people who prefer women who fit those traditional definitions decide to criticize those who do not....right? I'm guessing there would be some offended people here if we were all making fun of a woman's pic because she was overweight or flat chested or whatever...

Not really for me. My fiance is a personal trainer and she has arms similar to Miss Diaz. However, my fiance has the rest of her body in proportion to those sexy arms. I prefer a woman with arms as Miss Diaz just not a body that appears to be tooooo skinny.
It does show that Miss Diaz is or has been working out and appears to be quite fit....which is a very good thing.
