    I love the trade! You don't, Mr. Pearl Drummer? Jeff Green is a real good player. I'm so done with Perk. I'm sick of his antics and injuries.

    Yup, as did the D-Will trade for my team... but even if it takes a bit, I think we'll benefit from it.

    The article makes the perfect point. With a roster that is really in their twilight, you don't want to take any chances of large impact injuries in a strong title run - and we should all recognize right now that Boston is still very much a significant contender.

    Celtics definitely need to keep in mind the fact that some of their star players may be around the corner from retirement, so it's important to acquire solid players now to ease the transition and hopefully avoid a full on rebuild.

    I'm surprised by the trade but I do understand the necessity of it. The Celtics were just too injury prone and a healthy big was more than needed. I saw Jeff Green play last night, he had a terrible game but he was a very good player at Georgetown. I hope this works out I was just getting used to Nate's contribution to the C's.
