    I do it so infrequently, there's no "quit". Just felt like it is all. It usually passes anyway.

    Chad's right about walking on tracks. Active shrooming is more fun the vegetative shrooming. And eating dark chocolate after eating the shrooms helps keep them down and gets the flava out of your mouth. ...I miss college.

    I always found that smashing them up and putting them in a tall glass of orange juice helped. Just pound the glass of OJ. Apparently the Vit C helps with the trip or some shit.
