So how did you do for MSG today?

  • After a 8 minute wait I had a pair section 326 but threw them back for night one but threw them back. I said going in anything in the 100's or better I would get. So after 15 minutes they put on the behind the stage tickets and I picked up a pair in section 116 row b. I have never sat behind the stage before so not sure how frustrating it will be staring at the back of there heads all night but I'm there that is all that counts.

I was able to get a pair for night 2 through tenclub. So I'm sure these seats will make me appreciate the seats for night 2 even more.

Got both! But it was very stressful!

Went right in and grabbed night 1 - sec 416, I´m a little amazed they put me so far up. But at least I´m in!!

Couldn´t get night 2. Tried 10-15 times. Went to livenation.com 5 min ago and suddenly grabbed a pair!! 216, apparently behind the stage, but as I said before....I´M SO GLAD I´M IN!!!!

Agreed, it was stressful. I'm in for both nights too, so I'm happy... just waiting for my heartrate to return to normal. I even had my sister trying for me and she's in Hong Kong right now! LOL. I got there in the end ;)

No kidding! That's the worst part! Having to constantly choose again cause you can't make out what they want you to type!

I've got 10c tix for nt 2, and pulled 202 row B and pulled 215 row c for nt 1 at about 10:20am. Going to take my step daughter and her hubby.

Anyone have any thoughts about them adding a third show?

    Peace,

In MSG,that's far away. Kept trying, got great seats for both nights-Section 69 for the 24th & Section 114 for the 25th. So along with my TC seats for Camden,I'll be seeing the boys for all the shows in my area. Can't wait for June!!!

How stupid am I? (This is rhetorical - no need to answer because I know the answer). I forgot, yes FORGOT, about it until 9:25 a.m. (CST). Of course there were no tickets left for a couple. So I bought two singles - one in 212 (rear) and one in 346 I think. I can't print it yet because they say they are still processing the order. My husband and I will be at opposite ends of the arena!

Oh for sure! I hate having to scalp tix. I'll do it, but I hate being ripped off. Back in '03 I had 2 spare floor tix for PJ in Sydney and I had trouble getting rid of them! Crazy, I was selling them for face and I ended up selling them under face value (but at least it was to fans, so I didn't care). I hate being ripped off, I would never do it anybody else. I just don't understand scalpers/brokers. That same night, I had a scalper offer me $20 for each ticket, I looked at him and said: "No way! So you can rip off a fan! These are floor tickets!"

Matter of preference I guess. The Wednesday presale offered us tons of tickets in the high rows of 314 and 315. Today there was plenty of inventory in the sections immediately behind the stage and the wings.

Personally I would rather be in 68 or 114/115 than row L of 314.

  • Non-10c member here (tried to join a couple of times but always encountered some glitch), actually got Floor (on the risers) Sec 36, Row E for the 25th - although at the back of the floor it's the first time I've EVER gotten lowers at MSG, best seat I have ever had for Pearl Jam!

    MSG 1: 201 Row C (2nd presale)
MSG 2: 216 Row C (behind stage; public onsale)

I'm pumped, first night far away but fairly straight on, second night close but only seeing the back.

It'll be fun no matter what!
  • For the first night i'm in section 317; for the second night 321. I guess they're pretty good seats--i don't mind being behind the stage

I got two in 96 wed, as did a bunch of others

nothing in front of the stage in the loge was there today, a few 200s but fewer seats in front of the stage were available today

Id rather be in the 300s in front of the stage than looking at mikes back for 90% of the show. Plus the sound is MUCH better in front of the stage. IHMO. Pretty sure the TM system sees it the same way, so while you like behind the stage seats, the system doesn consider them "best available"

I am still amazed that people were able to get anything on TM right up to about 11am. Either demand was low, or some effort was made to insire that more tix were available. Either way, this was one of the smoothest TM sales I have ever been involved in.
