    Hawk was pretty poo to be honest but i'm not sure how much Lanegan inputted into the song writing. I think Isobel written 95% of the other two albums (may have been 100%)

    I didn't think Hawk was too bad... but I think his stuff as simply "Mark Lanegan" is superior.

    I agree with you. I think his solo stuff superior than his work with Isobel.
    I'm a big fan of his work with Soulsavers and Greg Dulli (Gutter Twins) as well.
