anybody ever hear of swap a cd

today i discovered this website called swapacd. it seems like a good idea. i figured id ask about it here before i try it. has anyone tried it before. does it work like it says .is it legit .is it good. is it bad. is it legit.

    one of my friends does it and he says it's pretty cool. if it's the same site i'm thinking of, i think you could do the same for vinyl, dvd's, and books.
