  • I really don't get why so many people would want PJ to do anything sung by Layne. It would sound weird coming out of Ed. Their voices are completely different. I don't think any of AIC's songs or Mad Season's would sound good with Ed singing.

    Bad Romance - Lady Gaga

Can't you just hear Ed going 'ra ra ra ra raaaaah'.

Honestly, that's the kind of thing I was thinking too - something absolutely ridiculous and crazy. Devo's Whip It, and Van Halen Not Talkin Bout Love were two of the best (I was there for both), and something by Gaga popped into my head, or take it old school and do Express Yourself by Madonna. Or, something by PRINCE. I have full faith in their ability to pretty much cover any song they decide, and do it well, and so far I've never been disappointed. Its just so much fun when they get silly and do some totally unexpected tune.

    Many great suggestions listed previously...
    War Pigs, Pigs, Bad Romance.
I would love some more Doors:
Maybe Peace Frog or Celebration of the Lizard, The End...so many possibilities there. And Ed would own them all.

    You beat me to it.

I'd give anything to hear them play "Leave" by R.E.M. Ed would sound great on that track
