Design a Poster CONTEST! - WIN $100 Art Supplies!

GREETINGS JAMMERS!

Ryan here! :wave: I run a music school. We are planning our 2nd PEARL JAM 20th Anniversary Tribute Concert! The first one was fantastic and the 2nd promises to be even better. We would LOVE to have a real PJ-Style poster for this event! For a long time I have felt that the fans here are producing some incredible artwork (often better than what the pros are geting paid for). SO in the spirit of this fan-driven tribute event, we are starting up this Design-A-Poster contest!!


The PrizeS:
1st: $100 Gift Certificate for PEARL :ugeek: ART SUPPLIES website! http://www.pearlpaint.com/
and a Klausen 2009 SLC poster

2nd: $50 Gift Certificate
and a Klausen Manchester S&D


RuleS:
1. Design must contain all relevant information for the event.
2. Entries must be received by 4/20/11 :mrgreen:
3. Photoshopped entries will be accepted but hand done art is preferred.
4. Entries will be accepted digitally and physically. But winning entries will have to be physically delivered
by 4/27/11.
5. The design and format will have to be in a printable format.

I'd love to offer more, but we are a small school, with little to give other than some of the rockinest music there is! :D I am hopeful and excited that some of you will be inspired to create something for this!

    We had a flyer style "poster", but not really. I will post a pic of the EP cover, which is a variation, when I can

    What we are looking for is a hand done true PJ Style poster. Themes could include Philly, PJ 20, Evolution of the band (either through artwork or pictures), historical PJ moments.

    Unfortunately, we only got one entry, and it was in an unusable format! Bummed that it didnt turn out at all for the poster, but the show is progressing amazingly!
