Yeah, I know london bridge would be corny.

Soundgarden recording, PJ recording. Matt in the middle. Some jamming together, having fun, drinks, smokes, tunes. And there you go. An LP, EP or something, plus a dvd documenting the jamming, recording and eventual reuniting (with added guests Kim Thayil and Ben Shepherd)

  • never gonna happen. TOTD was in existence ONLY as a tribute to Andy Wood. There is no reason whatsoever (and I think Cornell has also said this) to record any more material under that name.

Yeah, but it doesn´t actualy have to be called TOTD. And it doesn´t have to be about Andy, or inspired by his tragic passing away.

Just saying, that now that soundgarden is writing music together again and PJ also writing music and matt is in both bands, that there might be a possibility of both bands jamming together. Maybe not the same lineup and call it whatever you want.

But you are right, I shouldn´t have called this thread TOTD 2.

Who knows, what are the chances of someone from one band to join in and jam and at least one (or a handful) song sees the day of light? Matt said TOTD 2 is a no no, but some kind of collaboration would be awesome.
