this very same thing happened to me in a court room one day, while standing in front of the judge during sentencing the judge said "the people of California and this court find you guilty of **** have you anything to say ?"
I looked right at her and said "WTF ARE TALKING ABOUT ?"..but what I meant to say was "yes Your honor...
30 days for defending myself ?.. then bam, an extra 3 days for contempt of court. :lol:
