Always been a fan of these guys ... instrumentation, vocals, passion ... it's music that moves you.

Read: music to woo women ... ;)

New album out in a few weeks, NPR has it free for listening. I'm loving it, not as much as "How It Ends" (which was all over the Little Miss Sunshine sountrack) but still ... just gorgeous.

Two shows coming up here in SF next month, going to both and cannot wait. Their live performances are stunning.

Nice to see another PJ fan go way outside the box with their musical taste.

... and yeah, if you haven't picked up the album "How It Ends" ... it's a must.

This one's my fave ... feels like everyone should grab a pint (or some sangria) and do a toast ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqPByltWSbc

And hey, they can rock as well ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7TYM7-uKfE

Then there's the title track .... again, just moving ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pfi1UQ_PKQI

Nice. I'll still be recovering from foot surgery, but maybe I'll purchase a balcony seat or something.

Did you roundhouse someone again? I told you that was a bad idea, Mr. Norris.

I want to go, but I'm wondering if I'll even get to see DeVotchKa. It's on a Tuesday (same night as my show) and I'm wondering how much of them I'll see before I have to leave in order to be to the station by 10:30... :?
