If it was up to me...YES.
However, I think either Tom Petty or Neil Young will win.
Either way-we all win as we know Pearl Jam is the best band & no award will change that.

This year Pearl Jam has too much of what THEY consider going for them
- Never one
- 20th Anniversary
- Pearl Jam on tour brings in alot of cash and more jobs for the industry is better for everyone in the industry
- An excellent chance that they will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of fame in just five years
This year Pearl Jam has just what we consider going good for us
- LOXL
- PJ20 Film
- PJ20 Somewhere live - for sure
- Vs./Vitalogy Re-issue!!!
- The book PJ20
- The soundtrack PJ20
- More studio stuff??
So Yes I Confidently Think They Will Win!!!
And remember it all started with:
Pearl Jam’s “Backspacer” is declared the victor in the Great Turtle Race, the first leatherback sea turtle to arrive in the Caribbean Sea from foraging grounds off Nova Scotia, Canada. The largest turtle in the race, Wawa Bear (pictured), was not the first place winner but she’s stirring the news because the 1200 pound behemoth arrived on the shores of French Guiana to lay 95 billiard-ball sized eggs.My Pearl Jam Fan Videos

We can only hope for the best.
My top 3 bands/singers are up for the rock album. PJ, Tom Petty, and Neil. I'm really not a fan of the Muse.....yet. I feel like all these people who like them, jumped on the band wagon of Muse. Just like Kings of Leon and The Black Keys. I have been a BK fan for years, and all of a sudden people like one song.
Well, PJ does deserve it, but I guess we can all say that on this site.I got some if you need it.

Are you saying they're #1 or never won?
If it's the latter they did win for Spin the Black Circle.I miss igotid880 -

Sorry but Backspacer Isnt the best Rock Album of the year...0

I believe the commercials mentioned Pearl Jam as attending, not performing, but attending. Is it possible they are presenting something? If not, would they come to an event like this if they weren't going to win something?0

Not only did they win, but they also shit all over the award...I don't know that they will feel the need to ever give PJ anything again. Isn't that the one Eddie said would make a good door stop?Download the unofficial Pearl Jam Stat Tracker app for iPhone/iPad. It's FREE.

That's the first time that I've heard they are attending.
There is so much emphasis on pop music at Grammys, it devaluates awards for me, didn't care for years who wins.0 -
i love that they're up against neil young.*~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*0
