Just Breathe

So long story short, I've been a PJ fan since I was 15...this year that makes me a 20 year fan. There's not a song that PJ has written that I don't enjoy listening to. Many songs have touched me over the years. Most recently is Just Breathe. I don't know why this song has had such an impact on me, other than the fact that to me it means that when life gets tough, Just Breathe. For that reason, I am having those two words tattooed on the inside of my wrist. So my question is, how many of you have tattooed lyrics or a song title onto yourselves because it has touched you in a way that you want it to become a part of you forever?

  • 2 tattoos. 1 when my father past away 10 years ago - with the the word "Release' floating over his initials "KK" which is on my back right shoulder.

and then this past december on the 10th anniversary of his death I got a Big 'KK" which now represents my Daughter's initials as well, and the Lyrics, "I am Myself, Like You Somehow",
to incorporate my father to my daughter although they never met, we are all like each other, but ourselves somehow!
Sometimes these songs just become part of who you are!
"See the path Cut by the Moon, for you to Walk On"
  • Hey, I too have been a fan since I was 15 turning 16...so yeah that many years. Lol

None, yet but I have been contemplating "Release" since I have loved it when I first heard/felt that song..and the fact that my dad died really drove that contemplation into high gear.
True freedom is a freedom from the chains you've wrapped around yourself.
