The shirts are very small and the matreial is cheap so they will shrink if you dry them. My girlfriend got a women's large. After washing and drying she is going to give it to her 12 year old niece and it might be tight on her. I got a men's large and I would say that after washing and drying that it might be the size of a normal medium.
I found the sizings quite confusing as our sizing in the UK is different. I ordered a large and it was teensy...I could barely get the thing on! I had to send it back to get the biggest size they do (which I think is an XXL!) so we'll see how that fits!!

I like the shirt, but yeah the white's bit out there so I dyed mine(& spare I got from joelc YAY), shaped them, took in the sleeves & dealt with the neckline & they turned out great.
