Help. Should I buy iphone 4 or wait for 5?

Hey guys,

my contract is about to expire now I could do 1 of 3 things

Upgrade now for an iphone 4 with my provider (I don't think I want to do this one)

Buy it outright and go through another plan (short term expensive long term about $300 cheaper than above option)

OR

Wait for an iphone 5 which is rumoured to be reviled June 6 and who knows till I would get my hands on one.

I don't know if I should try and wait it out. Advice would be good from those in the know.

    I love/loved my iphone I have now. It is iphone 3. Been getting slow and now my mates, sisters have iphone4 and it is so sexy, I want I want I want. But, if I wait for a 5 they will be jealous like I am of them now...

    I have less than 2 months left on this plan. My phone is starting to fuck up.

    If I buy outright its $800 then I can go on a $15 per month contract with $700 worth of calls, text and 1 gb of data and no lock in contract. I just don't know when a 5 would come out.
