1992 what the rest of the world was listening to ......catchy
probably in some time capsule somewhere
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
oh come on you watched it all the way through, didn't you?
it was the teeny weeny bikinis
To be honest with you I took one look at what it was, and that was enough to post the above.
I have bad memories of this song decorating my mother's house over several days and it wasn't off the bloody radio. Terrible. You should be banned from this thread Pandora

It did have a certain appeal! Wasn't there a follow up? Please don't post it!

Thats 'Incident on 57th Street' by Bruce Springsteen, played at MSG seven days after PJ played the last gig at the Philly Spectrum. It was a year of "lasts" for me... I went to 6 Springsteen shows on what I thought was his last tour with the ESB (turns out that may be wrong) and saw them take down Giants Stadium on October 9, 2009. When I saw Bruce at the Spectrum on the 2nd night of a 4 night stand on October 14, 2009, I entered that hallowed ground under a massive PJ banner for the the closeout dates.
If you love great rock music then you'll love this video... a true rarity and one of Bruce's best.
*We CAN bomb the World to pieces, but we CAN'T bomb it into PEACE*...Michael Franti
*MUSIC IS the expression of EMOTION.....and that POLITICS IS merely the DECOY of PERCEPTION*
.....song_Music & Politics....Michael Franti
*The scientists of today think deeply instead of clearly. One must be sane to think clearly, but one can think deeply and be quite INSANE*....Nikola Tesla(a man who shaped our world of electricity with his futuristic inventions)
Well this is just wrong I have never heard that before
but I liked it very much
so much music I don't know
thats the cool thing about it
always something new to discover and.... it is endless
Jimmy Cliff has done some amazing stuff - brilliant songs and brilliant vocals - but that is probably his best known and one of the most 'timeless' - you will still hear it on the radio.

Thanks!! That was cool.
I just watched this - I think more than any other song this reminds me of the 'era' - the people, the places, the heartache, the memories.....
