ESPN just reported Lakers are talking Bynum for Melo straight up..

I think they're trying to get the Knicks to give more..

    I want to see Melo in a NY jersey. Adding him with what they've got now will propel the Knicks into being a major contender... and I got no problem with Landry Fields, Stoudemire, and D'Antoni doing damage in the East. With Melo, even the better.

    IMO this would not be good for the league or the Lakers

    That Gasol deal had no business of happening..... And then this???? Trade Kobe for Melo, give up talent for talent or future 1st rounders down the road
