Turning off lyrics in Itunes - need instrumental versions!

Hello!

I am getting married in less than a month, and I'm trying to pick a PJ (or related) song to play as I walk down the aisle. I just want instrumental versions of the songs I am reviewing. I know there is a way to do this in itunes, but I am no way technical enough to know how. Can someone please help?

I am specifically looking for an instrumental only version of Crown of Thorns, if any one might be able to help with that as well.

    I walked down the aisle to Chloe Dancer, the beginning piano intro and it was beautiful. I had a pianist there, but if you know any musicians, you can give them the music and they may be able to figure it out/record it for you.

    Ok, and if that is unrealistic( which it is), I got a bunch of piano PJ songs off itunes that I played before the ceremony. Theres always this:

    In itunes, I think if you just search Pearl Jam Strings or Pearl Jam piano, those versions will come up. Good luck.
