The house goes on the market next month so we are trying to clear out some rubbish. When it's sold most of the contents are going in storage so I wanted to limit the amount. We must have about 1000 books, a ton of CDs and drawers full of DVDs. Most of it just sits there. I'm going to be ruthless, books to charity shops, DVDs as well but the CDs will remain.

Nuffingwoman has more shite in the house than you can shake a stick at. Collections of this and collections of that. The problem though is the 47 f***in' wooden elephants. She started off with 4 small ones and people decided to send her more. A relative that has worked in Africa for years sends them all the time. The latest beast is 24" tall and weighs a ton and it sits there with 9 brothers that are almost as big. She's not prepared to lose one!!!!!

Is this normal or does anyone else have strange collections? :D

I don't particularly collect anything, but I have all sorts of stuff everywhere. Bit of a hoarder, plus you can never tell when somethings going to come in handy.
