Anyone get a weird facebook email?

I got one at 5am saying:

"You recently asked to reset your Facebook password. To complete your request, please follow this link:

WTF?
I wasn't even online at 5am and I certainly did not request a new password last night.
Anyone else get this email?

I did not click on the link on the email incase it is a trap to get into my account.

it's a fb virus for sure.. You click that and it gets access to all of your contacts,sends them the same email or messages from you they open it....onandonandon...

my email I got in the summer was scarier. I can make my doctors' appts online, email my doctor and see reports.
in the middle of the night, I got an email from my health insurance that said my account was locked; that there were too many attempts to log on. I had not tried to log on in maybe 3 months and then that happened. but no facebook emails...
