Need some Info on a VS Promo Import Lp I have

Just looked up some info on a Vs lp I have. This is the one:

Its in excellent overall shape. I bought it from a record dealer several years ago. All numbers match up to this one, but on the back of mine, there is a Made in England sticker attached. :?
Anyone give some insight to this LP. Is it a Holland version, is the sticker misplaced?

Edited, actually its just a regular Holland pressing apparently. The sticker makes no sense though.
