Ive been listing to this lp all day, and can't help to think this would be an awesome record to kill yourself too.

    Why would I get shit for it? I was just sitting here and it popped in my head. If i choose to take my life i would do it to this recored. Im way to much of a pussy to do it. Thought it was kind of funny.

    I have been told that we should always take these kinds of remarks seriously. I don't know you, but you might want to talk to someone. There are hotlines you can call or maybe a therapist. Suicide is usually a permanent solution to a temporary problem. 1-800-273-TALK.

    Hmm, maybe because suicide is a very touchy topic and people who have dealt with the suicides of their friends and/or family would find it offensive. It's strange to me that you wouldn't recognize that.

    But like I said I found it to be funny so I don't know why I'm playing devil's advocate :).

    ive dealt with the topic of suicide in my life and what you said came off as a little weird but not offensive, i dunno if that helps :D im getting that album in the mail very soon, im so excited!

    I'm not offended by the suicide reference per-say..just by your stupidity.

    and if anything..Human Clay is the album to kill yourself to! i mean after a few songs I'd contemplate jumping of a bridge myself! :D:D:D

    Vitalogy was originally supposed to be titled "Life". They changed it to Vitalogy after Spin the Black Circle Single came out.

    Vitalogy means the "study of life".

    I think what you are discussing is the exact opposite of the theme of the record.

    There is sth in it... I don't know why but I feel Vitalogy is rather sad for me too. But I wouldn't call it "awesome".
