Vs. and Vitalogy presale orders began shipping 3/28/11.
Please contact us via email on Friday 4/1/11, we should have received tracking information back from DHL Smartmail.

...so i think it's safe to say they're aware of the issue and they're working on it. I wanna say that someone emailed them and was told they didn't receive the packages til this past friday so keep the faith!

If they are using DHL to deliver, that may be the main problem... During the holidays, the higher ups at the Big Box retailer I work for, decided to save a little bit of money by using these guys instead of UPS. Deliveries that typically took just 2-3 business days ended up taking WEEKS because of these jokers. And we're still using them, and now have to tell customers that: "Hey, you know how you used to get stuff in a couple days, since we have a warehouse in town? Yeah, now it's gonna be maybe a week/week-and-a-half..."

i got XL - I don't think they made it in any other size. Wearing the vs shirt now and it fits fine. Shirt tag says it is "Bay island Sportswear" and it is not a "heavyweight" shirt, it's pretty thin

anyone know what's going on in canada best buy with pearl jam, i really dig the vit. shirt, so even though i already have the super deluxe coming i was going to buy the vit cd/t-shirt pack. best buy didn't have anything...no type of re-issue at all, not even an old copy of vs or vit. and today is wednesday....??
i expected the whole shirt thing to be a US thing, but for them not to have anything at all i found strange...

i hear where you are coming from and i agree - it's unfair and pointless just to throw anger at 10C as they are (hopefully) not the ones responsible for the delay in the international shipping.

that said, to say there is "mild disappointment" is probably a bit light on. "frustration" might be the word i'd choose,in not getting any response from them on what is clearly an issue affecting a good bunch of people in various geographies, not just the odd person here and there. fact of the matter is that due to whatever reason, their word has not been honoured in terms of when we were ALL supposed to get the box sent out (not arrived in our hands, just sent out).

their partner in this have not shipped on the date the 10C first told us that it would be. their partner is promising a new date that we are still unsure of and we have no download link. sure it might be easy / appropriate to say that's Sony not 10C's fault but i STILL think - what are we talking here? PJ - 10C is a part of the PJ organisation so surely 10C should at least try and step up here and say something to clear the air.

granted none of this is end of the world stuff, it is still nice to have good customer service and sound business principles. i will continue to wait patiently for the box to be sent and for my download link but i would be more intersted to see 10C say something and prove me wrong on the feeling that i am starting to get that they really don't care about the fans like they used to.

mildly disappointed, sure. utterly frustrated, definitely.

Just to clarify. The 6 tracks from the Orpheum show you get via email for the Deluxe version are just if you pre-ordered correct? You get the actual entire show when it comes in the mail right?
