    A bowl of Split pea soup. (1 1/2 measured cups)
    An egg salad sandwich on low carb bread, using light mayo.
    3 tomatoes and 2 servings of cottage cheese(measured servings)

    Actually that is what I will eat from now until about 7pm.
    And a thermos of black coffee.
    Take me piece by piece.....
    Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
