White Chicken Chili - made it from scratch last night!

Pizza is cooking. Didn't have any parmesian cheese so I'm not sure how this will come out.
Parm should only be used as an addition (in small amounts) to a slice of pizza after it's been cooked...and even then I don't recommend it, so you're all set

I disagree. Parmesian under the mozz prior to cooking. Try it. Very good.

White Chicken Chili - made it from scratch last night!
MMMMMMMMM I love white chicken chili!!
Here's my recipe:
1. Heat 4-5 Tbs. oil in a large pot (enough to cover bottom of pot - I use canola).
2. Brown 4 chicken breasts on Med-High heat. Dash with salt/pepper, about 1/2 tsp. each of garlic and onion powder, and about 1/4 tsp. of cumin.
3. Remove chicken from pan and cut/pull into bite-sized pieces.
4. Return to pot and cook through if needed.
5. Add (3) cans of white (Great Northern) beans (undrained), (1) can of Ro-Tel Tomato and Chili Peppers w/cilantro & lime, (2) pkgs. of McCormick or other brand White Chicken Chili seasoning, and (2) cups of water.
6. Being to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
7. Salt/Pepper to taste.
I serve mine over white rice with tortilla chips on the side! YUMMY!
