couple of decent places up there...little breakfast place a little north of you...on waukegena by deerfield road.

i really miss the days of beign able to go home for lunch. 3 minute drive...so brilliant...

I wish I worked downtown....so many options. Although I'd prob gain 20 lbs.

maybe...woman works in the middle of the loop on michigan and she running out of spots.

for me it's not about options, it's about having two or three killer places at a reasonable price that are big massive chains.

If you like paprikash at packo's, you'll have to try babushka's when you're in these parts.

I always was a fan of Sam's Diner in Maumee. Granted I always get their greek salad...their pita bread is the best.

so i went to Ikea (i know), and had soggy noodles and a small salad with honey mustard. :fp:

the eye candy is always good....that's worth a really crappy lunch once or twice a year.

Naw man...Sam's is on Dussell.

Dudley's! Yeah that's crazy. Last time I was in town and went past Southwyck Mall area. EVERYTHING is gone but Olive Garden and Miss Que's Billiards. So weird. The best place in Reynolds Corners area is Schmuckers. Period.

the best breakfast place was a little hole in the wall up on lewis just north of laskey by the chicken ranch. i think it's sunshice cafe, used to be Ramblers. I used to go there every sunday, read the paper and get a rambler scrambler. oh baby...it was soooooo sooooo good.

Sam's is good. They haven't changed the decor since the early 80s. And yes, I know where you are talking about. But everybody knows Rudy's is the best place to get a dog. Even Obama.

The only thing I really miss are Barry's Bagels. No does a bagel like Barry.

All this talk it tempting me to lay off the greens and beans and turn to the dark side.
