Grilled tuna melt from some hipster food truck in Boston.

They gave the sandwich a precious name, but I asked for a tuna melt.

    It was delicious.

    Me too, DK. Tuna nigiri.

Two things when it comes to sushi and me - my chopstick skills are more on the iffy side than not, and my general sushi etiquette (not to be confused with general table manners) is lacking.

Order handrolls, Hedo. Chopstick problem solved.

    You're welcome.

Just shove the whole piece in your mouth...nothing to be ashamed about.

And this. I'm not above eating nigiri and maki pieces with my hands. It's not like I would actually give a shit about what any witnesses to my possible faux pas would think about me.

really, the only 'etiquette' there is for eating sushi is to not drown it in soy sauce or wasabi.

The proportion seems off in a handroll (haha). And I LOVE WASABI.

I usually do the down-in-one-bite thing but they cut the tuna a little too thick at the place I got it from today.

There's a sushi etiquette? I mean, I know people laugh at me for using a fork, but that's better than dropping it on the ground when using chopsticks.

And lunch today is a little bit of homemade bbq, small side salad, and a peach.
