I know, I know, speculations and wishlists are flying around, but

1)I found this on DMB website:
2011 is our 20th anniversary as a band and we want to celebrate by playing music together. While we are still taking the year off from touring, we have decided to plan four multi-day, multi-artist music events that will take place this summer. We will be sending out save the date emails and announcing more information soon but we wanted to share the news with our fans first.

2) Stefan Lessard from DMB wrote on January 28:
DMB & Pearl Jam or DMB & Phish?
and later added:
PJ seems to be in the lead:)

My 2 favorite bands celebrating their 20 year anniversaries together...dream, dream, dream...

I hate DMB and so do most PJ fans, it would totally suck.
  • I think DMB and PJ would be awesome!! :)
All five horizons revolved around her soul.
As the earth to the sun.
  • That would be so awesome! I want to see both bands again so that would be great. :D
  • why not just get Nickleback.........
  • i heard they shot jfk...
and fuck me if I say somethin you dont wanna hear, fuck me!
and fuck me if you only hear what you wanna hear
fuck me...if I care...but im not leavin here
  • that would be the only way to convince the girlfriend to go
  • I really hope PJ doesn't play a show with DMB.

For those that live in Washington, and don't like DMB, we are tired of DMB monopolizing the Gorge every damn summer.

I can see the strategy now.

    1. Arrive to venue early in order to get in line
    2. Enter venue when doors open
    3. Check out PJ merchandise stand for poster and tour shirt
    4. Hit beer garden
    5. Hit beer garden
    6. Hit bathroom
    7. Hit beer garden
    ***Completely miss entire DMB set***
    8. Find seat
    9. Enjoy a night of PJ
***Don't even notice that there was an opening band***

    This would be SWEET.

If DMB was not on the bill. OR their bus broke down and didn't make the show. Wait, it would only be sweet if DMB wasn't involved. I take back option #2.
