U2 playing New Brunswick Canada

This is from their site. Place holds 85,000. U2 will perform at Magnetic Hill Music Festival in New Brunswick at the end of July with special guests Arcade Fire.

Live Nation Global Touring in association with Donald K Donald Events and The City of Moncton today confirmed that U2 will come to Atlantic Canada for the first time ever.

The final North American date of the U2 360° Tour will visit Magnetic Hill Music Festival in Moncton, New Brunswick on July 30th, 2011 with very special guest Arcade Fire.

“The Moncton show is set to be the final date of the U2 360° Tour in North America and we're really looking forward to bringing this now legendary 360 production into Atlantic Canada for the first time,” says U2’s manager Paul McGuinness.

    I like U2, but I saw Arcade Fire open for U2 years ago (2005) and Arcade Fire was unbelievable.

    I'm hoping Arcade Fire will play a show of their own while in Atlantic Canada, maybe in Halifax, that would be great. Not a fan of U2 as well.

    I'm not really a big fan of new U2 either just think the place and venue looks cool.

    I'll be at the show in East Lansing on June 26th. I've never been to a U2 concert, but I thought I should go just to add them to my concert resume.
