brushing my teeth is a challenge
hair enters my mouth
tooth paste in my hair and chili all over my shirt and in my beard

    food crumb trails everywhere
    car, table, computer desk, rug, shirt, pants, hair, bbq sauce on my shoulders, ect.

    I always spill food on myself. If I'm home in sweats or pajamas, I can eat anything as fast and carelessly when I want and not spill a bit of it anywhere.

    However, when I'm at a restaurant and dressed nicely, or I'm at work in my uniform, forget it. No matter how careful I am, I will ruin my clothing.
