AT ANY AGE YOU CAN SEE IT

Calmed by the smoke I had minutes ago
14 separates 16 from thirty
Months later as I show myself I encounter the disgust of an obese human working
Chewing while working - working and chewing - and chewing

As I request a pack of the finest addiction the preserved food is standing at attention in a ball at the side of her mouth, waiting for the call
Staring at her stomach marks but looking up quickly to accept the package of fine addiction so she doesn't know her marks are at my attention
I encounter the disgust

Who the fuck hired her?

I think this is an amazing poem.
    A very brutal observation.
We often resist the things that make us feel uncomfortable...but does that mean it's best to?
I went there with this poem and I pictured a girl who wasn't educated in the way her life could be... who 'wasn't told that she could definately change the world' (buddy Wakefield-Convenience Store) or that if she doesn't believe in herself others will find her repulsive!
    If only she knew....
If only someone had told her....

    yeah
    i thought it rocked

thought it was a slight stretch to the ice-brrr-guy
    but, i guess
a slow dim-witted view of life that culminates over time into your subject
and a denser thickheaded view that goes for a more immediate effect - an ice cream cone tat with lightening bolts and BRRR and an empty-eyed, faux-gangster gaze :x
fuck 'em if they can't take a joke

"what a long, strange trip it's been"
