with all the neverending talk of the weekend festival, mike skiing and sticking stickers, the recent radio interview ed did, and the ukulele album given to just a few lucky souls. i got ukulele on the brain - bad.
take a few moments out of your day to sit back, relax, and have your mind blown. from the land of things probably never before thought possible comes this -

And, what more can you tell me about the Ukulele album from Eddie that you mentioned? This is the first I've heard of it! Thanks again.
after the roskilde tragedy, the band was quite shaken and quite bummed. ed sat and wrote some sad songs on this happy little instrument (his 1st instrument was a uke) and gave cds to close friends, but never released it. he said playing those tunes helped him process that bad time and help get him through. recently he did a radio interview (its on 'the porch') and said he was working on maybe releasing a ukulele album, i would imagine with some of those songs.
my first uke i picked up on a whim while in one hell of a rut, and gotta say, better and cheaper than therapy (though i'm irish, and they say therapy doesn't work on us)
