Hey Marta cool giveaway! I have dreamt on a few occasions that i'm hearing a new PJ song and it always sounds amazing but I can never remember it when I wake up! Don't even know if it's the same song in every dream! ... Maybe it's just a mish mash of pj songs in my head I don't know, I guess turning dreams into reality is what makes these guys the greatest band in the world! Thanks again

Funny I just had a dream about them 2 nights ago. It first started at some late night show and PJ was doing a new song. After the show they were doing some shows in 4 different rooms for the military. I was lucky enough to hide out back stage before every one got there. Then in came Eddie Vedder. I tried playing it cool with him just small talk not trying to act like a crazed fan but then all of a sudden I blurt out "hey Eddie would you mind signing this poster I have." He then gave me a look like give me a break. :x He didnt say a word just walked out of the room with his head down. I spent the rest of the dream trying to find him to appologize. I never did find him. I think he was avoiding me.

I had a dream once - around the time of the Chicago 09 shows - that I went and my truck got broken into while my girl and I were at the show. The show was killer, of course. Well, after we got out and saw that someone had smashed my window, I quickly noticed that someone had stolen my CD player (does anyone do that anymore? ) and then the guy was actually standing on the curb, right noext to my truck, trying to sell it to people - including me! That's when I woke up.

I was just listening to avocado earlier today. Don;t need the CD, but I would love some stickers.
A few months ago I had a dream that PJ were finally playing Israel and I got killer seats. I remember the excitement of the arena before the show and talking to other fans. Just before they began the show I woke up feeling cheated that I missed the show :(

Haha...ask my wife if I dream about Pearl Jam. I talk in my sleep about Pearl Jam (true story).

We joke that I'm like Kevin Bacon on that Xfinity (cable TV) commercial, where Kevin Bacon is dressed up to not look like Kevin Bacon and he's real obsessed with Kevin Bacon though and he says "my wife says if I liked Kevin Bacon any more, I might actually turn into Kevin Bacon (*fingers crossed*)." Yeah, that's kind of like me with PJ/EV. Haha.

So my latest dream is that we (meaning just about everyone here/PJ fans/10c members etc) are all at an outdoor festival in the country and I'm pretty sure its PJ20 and its nighttime and we're all waiting for the show to start, but there are 2 stages on opposite ends of this field and no one knows which stage they're playing at. People are getting restless waiting for them to start playing and so someone starts singing "Porch" (with the slow intro) and then before you know it, everyone is singing...

Whoa...now that I've typed that out, I guess that's a pretty good metaphor for what's going on with all the PJ20 speculation!

I wake up on a Bus going over a bumpy surface. I have a VIP lanyard around my neck, it has the skeletons from riot act on it, I get off the bus Eddie Greets me and tells me im running late, he disappear's and I walk into a dark room, up steps and emerge to see a huge crowd and the opening chords of Immortality being played. I woke up.

In 2007 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which is the same disease that Mike has suffered from for the past twenty years or so. When I was diagnosed my doctor told me I had gone undiagnosed for around two years and needed surgery immediately. I don't really know if it was a dream or not, and I suppose it wasn't a dream in the literal sense of the meaning, but when I was put under anesthetics for my surgery I had a dream that I was eating pizza with Mike and Eddie and Boom at Niagara Falls. I'm not sure why we didn't invite Stone and Jeff and Matt but for some reason it was just the four of us. I told them that I couldn't eat pizza because of my disease and Mike told me he made me a special pizza that wouldn't make me sick that he learned how to make when he first became sick.

I asked my doctor a few weeks after the surgery if it was normal for anesthesia to cause strange dreams and he said yes. Of all the things I could have dreamed about during my surgery I'm very thankful I dreamed of eating pizza with Mike.

Last night I dreamt that PJ were playing Wrigley for PJ20 and I had front row tickets. It was awesome, then I woke up. Thanks for the chance.

I haven't dreamt this yet. well does daydreaming count? Anyway I am on an Amtrack train going almost cross-country but not quite. We're on our way to Illinois traveling west from New York. This is where Pearl Jam's Festival is taking place in a nice green grass field of sorts (with some reserved seating up front naturally). The lineup on day one is Strokes, The Black Keys, The Beastie Boys (for variety), and then our wonderful headliners of course. On the train with me is my beautiful wife and two kids. I've decided to make it a family trip as every year around this time we do our anniversary trip. We got married on August 29th as you know. Gonna be a great trip. A little bit for dad, a little bit for dad+mom, and a little bit for our lil kiddies! So we're on the train while eating dinner in the dining car, and realising that 'train food' is just so horrific that both my children are holding their noses. Literally and seriously. Pinching their lil noses while eating. I got what I think is chicken with peas, and I believe my kids are eating spaghetti and meatballs. But we get through it and go over the brochures on what to do in Illinois. We've never been! I could take the kids to Six Flags, or Raging Rivers water park - that would be cool. Hey there's this one advertising a place called Woodstock, IL. But nah, that would only makes us think of Woodstock, NY which isn't all that. Wrong festival, too. Ok we've decided to not decide. Figure it out when we get to the hotel. Shit we're here! Next day is Day One of PJ20 Festival. I get dropped off and pick up my 10C tickets at the gate. Wouldn't you know it: 3rd row baby! I meet up with some friends, and get a beer while The Stokes begin to strum as the sun begins to sizzle. Am I dreaming?

well, i had a dream where the guys did a private concert for me at my house!!!!!!!!!! i remember sitting on my couch had ed and the guys in the middle of the lounge on stools like in MTV unplugged, and mike fucking mccready was standing on my couch, legs in a "V" on either side of me one on the arm of the chair the other at my side, with his guitar above my head busting out a beautiful solo right in my face. they were playing yellow ledbetter. it was the best dream EVER.

on another hand, my mum whos not really a fan, she had a pearl jam dream. she dreamt she was on the road for work, and bumped into ed at a cafe. she went up to him and started ranting and raving how much her daughter loved pearl jam etc.......so she convinced him to travel back with her so i could meet him. he did. how fucking cool is that?

worst dream ever. and yes i do dream about pj waaaaaay more than i should. its actually mental how much i dream about them, how old am i? oh ya.
so i had a dream the other night that i was in NZ or somewhere seeing and EV solo show. it was after the show and because the venue was so small ed could not smoke in there, so i se him outside smoking. i went up to get an autograph and he signed it, but he looked pissed off at me. it turned out i cut everyone in line and he told me, "hey buddie, you just cut everyone". then i woke up. wtf, i felt bad even when i woke up.

I had a dream where the band and I where just sitting at a middle school lunch table making peanut butter and avocado sandwiches. Nancy Grace was the cafeteria supervisor and my ex girlfirends mother was the lunch lady. Dave and Eddie were sitting next to each other. Stone and Jeff were mad at me because I said I wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead. Mike was walking around the room by himself not talking to anyone.

I had this dream a few nights ago. I was driving my car going to a PJ show maybe PJ20 i dont know. And my car brakes down im in the middle of nowhere :x . And im just sitting there for hours waiting for someone to come along. And then in the long distance i see a bus coming towards me. And im standing there waving my arms trying to get it to stop. And it does so i run up to the door and ask the bus driver for some help. Turns out its PJs tour bus i told them what happened. So they give me a ride to the show, front row seats, and i got to hang out with PEARL JAM

I find PJ songs play as background music in alot of my dreams or the band plays in the background. For example I had a dream about my hubby and I going to our local pub and they just happened to be playing there although Neil Young was on keyboard???????? :? :?

I've had other dreams but can't remember very many details, one was ed and I laying in a bed looking up through a skylight.

I've posted this previously in another dream thread on the Porch.

Shortly after meeting Eddie in 2000 (I posted the story in the Has anyone met Mr. Vedder? thread), Pearl Jam were at a festival, I'm sure you all know it. I had a dream soon after this incident. It started in a large house, Eddie was pacing all around it, stepped over me while I was laying in the entrance door way. Then there was kind of like a gameshow that was related to the next part of the dream, a host (can't remember who) asked me to name 5 items that were in the next part. I said them all but only remember 2, a boat and a toque. I then was transported on a small row boat in an ocean somewhere, it was kind of dark and foggy, the water was dark and I'm sure was cold, Gord Downie (lead singer from the Tragically Hip) was in the boat wearing a toque and jacket. I was at the back of the boat, Eddie was in the water holding onto the back of the boat, I reached out my hand for him to grab it and pull him into the boat but he didn't and I woke up soon after. The look on his face was one of complete sadness, and I'm sure it was related to his feelings when that tragedy at Roskilde happened.
I felt in that dream like he did in that moment, helpless to help, couldn't reach out, etc.

I keep dreaming of the PJ Festival, Of beautiful days with incredible music, many of you I get to meet, lots of great bands performing... And Pearl Jam comes out and plays the most incredible set of their lives! They ut their hearts into it, really giving back to their fans... playing all the favorites and some surprises too.
Can't wait!!!

I had a dream where I was on a houseboat with PJ. Apparently they had ditched the tour bus and decided to go with a tour houseboat. So the band and some managers are there, and I'm talking to Stone. Then I notice that Boom isn't there, and I ask Stone where he is. Stone tells me they decided to continue on without Boom 'cause they didn't need him Good thing that wasn't real (and for the record it does not reflect my opinion of Boom and his work in the band )
